Bedroom This modern 2 Bedroom flat was in a good condition but needed a re-vamp. Each room was re-painted a lighter colour and the floor was sanded back and painted Farrow & Ball white to brighten up the place.

Spiral Staircase The property has a spiral staircase leading up to a loft room. The steps were pine wood and in order to modernise them they were sanded back and re tested 3 different shades of grey gloss. The mid light grey colour was chosen.

Doors - Finally the dark wooden doors were sanded down and painted white to brighten up the property.
